Optical Assembly

For the optical assembly, an alignment device is needed. The alignment device ensures that the lenses are correctly positioned during the assembly and integration of optical systems, enabling the desired image quality.

Depending on the customer’s request, Poloptech can assemble optical systems, especially camera lenses, achieving high-quality imaging requires the lenses to be perfectly aligned relative to each other. This precise alignment is achieved using the Opti-Centric device.

Poloptech can produce doublets and triplets using a cementing machine depending on customer specifications.

Custom Coatings

Poloptech has the capability of designing and coating all kinds of optical coatings per customer requirements and carrying out necessary tests before delivery.

  • Poloptech has plasma-assisted e-beam evaporation chambers, thermal evaporators, a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system (PECVD) and an etcher to remove the coating on both IR optics and typical glasses. 
  • Depending on customer request, Poloptech coats your optics in UV, Visible, NIR, MWIR and LWIR regions. Dual-band, triple-band combinations are also possible.
  • DLC coating in MWIR, LWIR regions are one of our expertise but we also offer DLC coating in visible regions on both glasses and flexible optics.
  • Poloptech offers ITO coating with unbeatable specs in visible and NIR regions.
  • Hydrophobic coatings designs are available for both visible and IR regions.
  • After completing coating process, Poloptech can measure transmittance and reflection spectrum from UV to LWIR region using spectrophotometer and spectrometer in its facility. Poloptech also use 4-point probe to verify sheet resistance on ITO coated optics.
